Seaweed Sushi Tacos
Ingredients
seaweed sheets

sushi rice
2 cups
assorted seafood (shrimp, crab, salmon, etc.)
1 lb
avocado
1
cucumber
1
carrot
1
sesame seeds
1 tbsp
soy sauce
2 tbsp
wasabi
1 tbsp
pickled ginger
to serve
Steps
Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions.
Slice the assorted seafood into thin strips.
Thinly slice the avocado, cucumber, and carrot.
Lay a seaweed sheet flat and spread a layer of sushi rice on one half of the sheet.
Place a variety of seafood strips, avocado slices, cucumber slices, and carrot slices on top of the rice.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Fold the seaweed sheet in half, creating a taco shape.
Repeat with the remaining seaweed sheets and fillings.
Serve the seaweed sushi tacos with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger on the side.
